registration form and include credit card information. To Register By Mail: Print out the registration form and mail with a check or credit card information to Sutphen Seminars, Box 38, Malibu CA 90265.
Once you're registered, we'll send you a confirmation receipt and any
additional information we think you'll need in regard to attire or local conditions.
Seminar Day
Plan to arrive early enough to complete your final registration and
paperwork. Bring your paid Registration Confirmation. The sessions will start on time. Every participant will receive a name badge that allows re-admission after breaks and meals, and helps myself and
the other participants to learn your name ... and for you to learn their names.
No personal tape recording is allowed except in the Professional
Hypnotist Training. We suggest you bring a pen and notebook for participation sessions and to make notes of your experiences.
If an inner-voice advises you to attend, don't put off registering.
Self-help energy is easily dissipated when you hesitate in your actions. Also, the size of most of the gatherings are limited. I hope you take this opportunity to join me for a life-changing adventure.
