In November, my oldest son William left to live in Boston. He'll be working with a Malibu friend on all kinds of artistic endeavors. Although it's an opportunity for a fun adventure, we're all sad to have him such a long distance from home. Richard humors me and shares his psychic prediction that the family and Southern California will draw him home by the end of next summer. I'll post a picture from his going-away party. On my birthday in December, Richard and I spent most of the day horseback riding in the Santa Monica Mountains -- my favorite activity. Richard put on a birthday party for friends and family the following night. The invitation told everyone to come to our house for "health-food pie" and to listen to me talk about Li'rica, while I modeled all my horse-related gifts. We did have no-sugar pies, and I did receive some wonderful horsy gifts, but no one wanted to hear about Li'rica . . . so here I am talking about her on the Web. I'll post some pictures from the birthday ride. Often, after we perform a new session or meditation in a seminar, some people ask us if they can get it on CD. For the October "Healing Seminar In Sedona," I created two new meditations: "Indian Medicine Woman," and "The Healing Sphere" -- each offering a unique approach to physically healing your body. So many participants at the seminar wanted CD copies, my husband talked me into recording both. |

Richard has been working with Arizona New Age musician Jerry Crocker. I'm delighted with the Native American music he created for "Medicine Woman." I'm told both CDs will be available on the Web in mid-January, along with my "Temple of Prophecy" meditation, which I've often performed in seminars. Richard has just finished recording a new "Astral Projection 74-Minute Course on CD" for Red Ball on Blue Water Publishing. He has created other sessions on this subject in the past, but his two-tape album is now out of print and he wanted this approach to be the most powerful yet--addressing and resolving the problems people have trying to successfully astral project. So, I think he made himself a little crazy working on it, testing it, and then reworking the sessions and instructions. But he finally admits to being satisfied with the CD, which will be released in January. Another project we've just completed is an "I Accept" Sleep Programming CD that will be sent free with orders when announced on the Web and in the new issue of "Soaring Spirit" (which will be in a newsletter format as an experiment). Richard voices the first track and I voice the second. The core of the programming is a series of positive affirmations: · I accept that my life can be anything I desire it to be. · I accept that I can focus awareness to improve my life. · I accept that I can alter how I view situations which cannot be changed. · I accept that being compassionate to others is a priority in my life. · I accept that life, with all its complications, is worth living. · I accept that negativity can flow through me without affecting me. · I accept that I have the power and ability to experience peace of mind. · I accept that I create my own reality with my every thought, word and deed. · I accept that everyday in every way, my Life Force grows stronger. · I accept that the power of my mind is unlimited. · I accept that my destiny is to become all I can be. · I accept that life is to be enjoyed. · I accept love, I give love, I am love. Other new 2000 releases will be in Richard's Professional Hypnosis line and they include several new holistic programs: "Shoulder Pain," "Low-Back Pain," "High-Blood Pressure," "Hay Fever & Allergies," and a unique new title called, "Let Go & Let God," for those feeling overwhelmed by circumstances. |

We're about to make the big jump into a new century. I'm sure you, like me, hope for the very best we can manifest as a people. We all know that we have the power to make the world a far better place if we were all to focus more positive energy upon that goal. Echoing Abenda, the best way to do this is probably through compassion -- each of us in our own way being more compassionate towards others in the new century!
