We leave in mid May for London, England to conduct workshops at the Mind Body Spirit Festival (the schedule is posted at Sutphen Seminars on this site). After the festival, we will head to Scotland where we have rented an apartment for June and July. Those who have read Richard's new book, With Your Spirit Guide's Help, know how passionate we are about Scotland. The country feels like our spiritual home and not just because we share a Scottish ancestry. My husband and I come from warring clans -- McDonalds/Campbells -- and we do love to tease each other. Past lives are part of our affinity, as we have discovered on previous trips and through regression. During March, I had some very intense and disturbing psychic experiences, that were quickly validated. I'll be writing about this in my next "Cause & Effect" column, which will be posted soon. |

Now on to the subject of horses, which has become an ongoing joke at home. Richard, the children and my friends all give me a hard time about my enthusiasm over Li'rica. But my astrology has a stellium in Sagittarius. Come on, what do they expect? I purchased Li'rica in January. She was born on the same day and month as Keko's Nellie -- the horse I owned for 27 years. I believe in omens and to see that date on Li'rica's papers seemed prophetic. While searching California for exactly the right horse, I threw my Russian Gypsy cards for advice on where to look. The cards told me that I would find a horse "in the sea." This narrowed my search to the coast. I found Li'rica at Del Mar, which means "from the sea." Several people have asked about obtaining my meditations on CD. The number of people using audio cassettes is rapidly diminishing. In response, Red Ball on Blue Water will soon release eight meditations on CD, including the new Psychic Prophecy session that I've conducted in some seminars and workshops over the last couple years. |

If all goes as planned with e-mail and Web transfers, my next "Personal Notebook" will be posted from Scotland. Upon our return in August we'll be conducting the "Flight-to-Freedom Retreat" in Lake Arrowhead (Sold Out), the "Sedona Advanced Experimental Seminar," September 3-5, the "Healing Seminar In Sedona," October 1-3 and the "5-Day Professional Hypnotist Training" in Malibu, October 11-15.
