Richard talked about the Lake Arrowhead retreat in his new Soaring Spirit editorial, so rather than repeat some of those experiences, I'll share some of the interesting happenings at the Sedona Advanced Training. As the participants entered the meeting room at the Bell Rock Inn, one of the support team members took Polaroid pictures of each person. The photos were then put into plain envelopes and mixed up so no one could know which envelope contained which picture. Later in the seminar, the envelopes were passed out to the participants, who were instructed to do a psychic reading on the person whose photo was inside. (They couldn't open the envelopes or see through them). |

Richard induced an altered state of consciousness and directed the participants to do the reading. When conducting a seminar in Sedona, we always have high expectations of what the participants will be able to do. But we never expect one-hundred percent. Yet with this difficult exercise, that's exactly what we got. Everyone was able to "psychically see" through the envelope and know about the person in the photo -- in many cases, know a lot about their personal life, state of mind and personal health. As one of my favorite examples of participant's responses, 85-year old Johnnie Vaughan kept perceiving the words to the song "Casey Jones" as he held his envelope. The picture was of support team member Mary Casey. Diana Brubaker shared her experience of this exercise in writing. "Reading the photo through the envelope was quite challenging. As I started the reading, I had some difficulty tuning into the picture, but I perceived a woman. As I relaxed deeper, I picked up health issues -- high blood pressure and lower back problems. I also picked up that she liked traveling and wanted to do more. Then I picked up on many little personal things, which really intrigued me. I wanted to meet the woman in the envelope. "When the session ended and we opened the envelopes, I was amazed to find my own picture. The odds of that happening were huge, but there I was staring at myself. Everything I had perceived was accurate, which is why I was so anxious to meet someone else just like me. It was a good lesson in trusting my psychic abilities for reading myself as well as others." |

One of my favorite sessions took place during the Saturday evening session. After Richard conducted a process, he had San Diego therapist Steve Piccus offer a demonstration. Steve brought his eight and nine year old sons to the seminar room to help him make a strong point about the power of the mind. Six women volunteered to participate. Steve started by conducting basic muscle-resistance testing with all the women who stood along the front wall of the meeting room. The two young boys shared a chair at the podium a few feet away. When the testing was complete, Steve told his sons to think about something and vividly imagine images to support the thought. Steve then repeated the muscle-resistance testing. The women were much weaker and could offer little resistance compared to the first testing. "Okay boys, now think of something else," Steve said to his sons. After a couple minutes, the muscle-resistance testing was conducted again. This time all six of the women had their full strength and then some. The first time the boys were thinking of and projecting images of the Oklahoma bombing. The second projections were of the boys being in the woods, petting small animals and enjoying themselves. Think about this the next time you find yourself in the presence of negative people. As an interesting aside, Megan, one of the participants, visited Bell Rock on Saturday afternoon and met a German scientist who travels the world measuring energies. He told Megan that there was an odd energy here. His instruments were going crazy. He then showed her a spot on the main trail where the hair on your arms stands straight up. Anyone walking quickly up the trail would have missed this weird beam of energy emitting from the earth. "Remote viewing" experiments into the past, present and future were conducted over the three days. And the verifications of accuracy continue to come in. Dolores projected to her boyfriend whom she expected to be out in the world -- probably at a sports bar watching a game. But she perceived him getting coffee at home and going back to bed to watch tennis. At lunch she called him and he said that was exactly what he was doing at the time of the session. Judith Weahkee sent me an e-mail. "During the remote viewing session, I visited my cousin. Then on Monday, I went to Hopi country and confirmed the remote visit and found that everything I saw actually happened. Thank you and Dick for a great seminar." |

Judy Kloss sent a letter reporting her experience: "In the remote viewing session I saw my younger son sleeping, but he was not at his own apartment. While I was viewing him, he suddenly woke up and sat up in bed looking around. I wanted to try and see if HE could pick up anything from me, so I focused on sending him thoughts of Steven Piccus (I figured he was the most flamboyant character at the seminar and he was easy to visualize.) "When I called my son during lunch break, he confirmed that he had spent the night at a male friend's house. He also confirmed that he had awakened at the time we were doing the viewing. When I asked if he had picked up anything from ME, he apologized and said, he had been sleepy and had not. So I asked him to just take a wild guess and give me a word or two to describe the person I had been thinking about. He said, "Is he VERY hyper?" I started laughing because this fits Steve perfectly as you know. Then he said, "Is he a white dude?" Again, I confirmed his accuracy. Last, he said he thought of him as "performing like on a stage." And he got all this, which I think is pretty accurate in spite of thinking he had gotten nothing at all." I wish I had the room to report on all the other results Judy spells out in her letter. She did great on reading the photo in the envelope, reading a photo of a place in a psychometry session, the DNA session and Frequency Switch session. All the experiments at the Sedona Advanced Training were new. Next year we'll conduct the seminar again and fine tune the sessions even more. If you've attended the Sedona Psychic Seminar in the past, come back and join us for this one. I think you'll be even more amazed at your psychic abilities than you were at the original seminar. |
