Soul Retrieval Script This column is a follow-up to last week’s missive on soul loss. I’m getting ready to teach a 2-day training titled “Alternative Hypnosis-Based Therapies” at the IACT & IMDHA Hypnosis Conference in Miami next week. Soul Retrieval will be one of the sessions, and in response to many requests, I’m sharing a basic script on this subject. SOUL RETRIEVAL SCRIPT: Instructions for hypnotherapists are in (“quotes”) (“Chakra Balancing Hypnotic Induction, followed by moving client(s) into Higher-Self and making contact with their Spirit Guide, Guardian Angel, Master teachers and those they once loved in life, but are now in Spirit.”) Those who love, teach and guide you are now here to assist us in obtaining awareness. And I’d like you to begin this exploration by looking back over your life. Can you recall any traumas that may have resulted in soul loss? Think back, and know that those in Spirit will be helping you to remember. Be aware of all thoughts, feelings or visualizations. When you locate something, speak up and tell me. All right, remember all you’re perceiving, but it’s now time for you to use your inner-eyes to scan your body in search for any missing fragments. And I’m asking those in spirit to assist. Watch for any shadowy areas or empty places. If you find anything speak up and let me know. If you are noting traumas or what appear to be missing portions of your totality, remember them. But it is now time to regress back in time to the original wounding. If you have suffered more than one trauma, you will now explore the primary missing fragment. So imagine yourself in a tunnel leading back into your past. I will count from five to one as you move through the tunnel ... back in time ... back to the event that caused your soul loss. Number five, you’re letting go and beginning to move back in time. Allow it to happen. Feel it happening. See yourself moving through the tunnel back into the past. Number four, moving back to the event that caused your soul loss. Number three, you’re moving through the tunnel toward a light way down at the end. Number two, on the next count you will step out of the end of the tunnel and you will perceive as an observer, without pain or emotion, what happened to cause your soul loss. Number one, you’re now there. Step out of the tunnel and allow the impressions to begin to come in. ///// Are you outdoors or indoors? (“Begin questioning what happened and when it happened as you would in Past-Life Regression. Keep in mind, your client may now be in his present life or a past life. Once you have discovered everything you can about the situation, bring your client back into Higher-Self.”) On the count of three you’ll be back in the present remembering everything you just experienced. (“If your client is resistant to what they experienced, you may have to regress them back to what they did in a prior incarnation that set this conflict into play. Once they accept they acted in a way that generated a reaction, they will be more likely to accept the justice of the situation. Upon returning to Higher-Self you will want to obtain a “karmic overview.” If the soul loss took place in a past life, you will want to find out if any of those who played a role in the soul loss are playing roles in your client’s life today. We tend to reincarnate over and over with the same people until we resolve our issues.”) All right, it’s now time to seek out your missing soul fragment. We all have a silver cord that connects our body to our soul ... and even when a fragment of your soul breaks off to seek shelter elsewhere, it remains attached to your soul by fibers--silver threads of the cord. / / / / So all you have to do to find your missing fragment, is to follow the threads into the spiritual dimensions until you reach this part of your totality. So go ahead now. Perceive your silver cord. / / / / / / / / / and if you look closely, you’ll notice that there are fibrous silver threads leading away from your main cord. / / / / / And it’s time to begin following the threads. Those who love, teach and guide you will accompany you on this search. When you find your missing soul fragment, speak up and tell me what is happening. (“Respond appropriately.”) It is now time to communicate with your fragment. Express your sincere desire to have it rejoin the whole. Address all of it’s concerns. Find out what would have to happen for it to feel secure enough to return. (“NOTE: As the hypnotherapist, you will most likely get involved in the dialoging and helping to provide assurances to the fragment.”) If the fragment is willing to rejoin your soul, embrace each other and allow this merger to take place. (“NOTE: Guide this process, which can be lengthy and emotional.”) And it is now time to return to Higher-Self with your fragment having rejoined your soul. On the count of three you’ll be back in Higher-Self feeling relaxed and at ease, and fully integrated for the first time in a long time. Number one, number two, number three. (“Dialogue with your client who is still in trance. Do some intense “forgiveness processing.” To fully release the past, they will need to forgive themselves and all the others involved in the soul-loss traumas. Provide a releasing mantra. Awaken your client with positive suggestions to the effect that they are fully integrated, etc.”) (“NOTE: Once your client has recovered their soul fragment, they will want to nurture that part of themselves. If the fragment splintered off when your client was a child, the child won’t immediately grow up.
