Starting Over A new year is an appropriate time to start over -- to take a long look at your career, your relationships, your overall goals, Let’s start with your job -- your career direction. Would you like to expand your career, or even start a new career? The first question that must be answered before we can proceed: Exactly what to you want? And can you want it with no indecisiveness whatsoever? Do you know the price you’ll have to pay to get what you want in your career? There is always a price. It will be time, effort, energy, sacrifice, money ... and maybe all of the above. If you get what you want in regard to a new career or alterations in your career, what in your life will change? Which of these changes won’t you like? Your answers to this last question will expose any blocked energy that could work against the accomplishment of your new career goals. Once you have this kind of clarity, start to program your mind by visualizing your desire as if it were already attained. Do this with a lot of emotion and positive suggestions phrased as if you already had what you want. (Or use my CDs to do this.) Okay, what about your key relationship? If you don’t have a relationship, focus upon meeting the right person. Again, you need to be very clear about what you want. If you get what you want a lot of things will change. Which changes won’t you like? Again, the lifestyle changes you won’t like can be blocks that will keep you from accomplishing your goal. Once you are clear on your intent with no indecisiveness whatsoever, begin to program your desire with visualization and suggestions as described in regard to career. Apply these same questions to any aspect of your life: your overall life goals, material goals, spiritual goals, educational goals, and new abilities you would like to master. Have a happy, successful, growth-filled New Year. Thanks for your support in 2007.
