The Right Regression Questions A past-life regression can improve your life in a dozen different ways. So there are some important questions for a hypnotist to ask during a session. First, of course, a regression allows you to learn the causes of your problems. Once you know the cause it may be enough to resolve the issue, or at least it’s the beginning of a resolution. Once my client finds the cause of his/her current issue, I direct an ultra-powerful forgiveness process. You cannot resolve karma without forgiveness. Often this means forgiving yourself for former deeds. Then I direct clients to work with a mantra: “I know the cause and I release the effect. I forgive myself and all the others involved, and in so doing I set myself free.” Following an in-depth past-life regression, I move clients up into Higher-Self. At this mental level they have an awareness of their soul history and a greater understanding of their current life. Ideally, I make a connection with their Spirit Guide, Guardian Angels, and/or those they once loved in life but who are now in Spirit. With this spiritual power-group established, we have a lot of help when it comes to obtaining understanding. I will say, “I am calling out to those who love, teach and guide Diana. Is she allowing any negativity from past lives to affect the present? Please communicate directly to her, and Diana when you perceive the words of Spirit, please speak up and tell me what they are saying.” “Thought language” dialogues now begin between my hypnotized client and those in Spirit. The questions being asked vary with the investigation I’m conducting, but here are some typical questions I might ask. “Is there anything that happened in a past life that’s blocking your monetary abundance in this life?” “Are there talents or abilities you developed in a past life that would be of value for you to redevelop in this life?” “Is Diana’s (health issue) in anyway related to something that happened in another lifetime?” “Is Diana clear on her intent about what she wants in her life, or is there any indecisiveness that needs to be resolved in order to generate manifestation?” The answers to these kinds of questions generate more questions, and I often then quickly regress my client (from Higher-Self) back into a different lifetime that is generating a block, so we can remove the obstacle. When working from Higher-Self it’s easy to move a person in and out of time and from subject to subject, very quickly. Spirit might comment upon what my client is observing in the past, and I then return them to the present in Higher-Self. Using this technique it’s possible to go through a laundry list of questions within the span of a two-hour session.
