Experience with a Master Healer
An atmosphere of expectation permeated the air at Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, NY last Saturday. A Master Healer named Dr. Issam Nemeh was going to be conducting four
healing services. For a small fee anyone could attend. On that morning, about 350 people had registered, and as word of the miracles he performed spread, more were registering.
I had been teaching my 4-Tier
Professional Hypnotist Training in the main room at Fellowships all week, but for Saturday’s healing services, we transferred to the Medium’s League Building. Class ended at 6 PM and we had to be at the last
healing service by 6:30.
I was attending with Dena DeLuco. Thinking we’d have to wait outside in the cold, rainy weather for a long time, we layered our clothes. We arrived a little late, and were at the
end of the line. But Elaine Thomas of Fellowships whisked us inside, and we were given two beautiful dinners and access to the Tower Room where we could eat at a table. After the meal we joined the people waiting
their turn to be prayed over and touched by Dr. Nemeh.
Elaine had been telling me before I got to Lily Dale about the doctor, and how he had helped her and her husband Mark. I’d eaten lunch with medium Greg
Kehn, and he said he could not read the license plate on a car right in front of him, but after a private session with the doctor a few weeks earlier, his vision was greatly improved. Greg also suffered from
diabetes, and the doctor had restored full blood flow to Greg’s legs and feet. He could feel his toes again, and hair began growing on his lower legs. His girlfriend had a broken nose from long ago, and when the
doctor touched it, the nose simply reformed, and the bump was gone.
In the healing service, the people lined up in two long rows, and the doctor would go walk down the line, putting his hands on everyone and
praying for them. The majority of people receiving this healing, went unconscious. Their legs buckled and volunteers caught them and eased them to the mats on the floor. They remained unconscious for several minutes.
Dena and I looked at each other, eyes wide. When it was our turn, we took our places in line awaiting Dr. Nemeh. First his wife Kathy worked on us for about a minute. The doctor reached Dena first, touched
her, prayed over her and then seemed to sense something else that needed to be addressed and worked on her a little more. She swayed a little, eyes closed. I figured if she fell backwards, forwards or toward me, I
could catch her. But I was concerned that she might fall away from me.
The “catcher” was now behind me. The doctor put his hands on me, and I felt a huge surge of warm energy. I closed my eyes. He was
saying a prayer. “Jesus,” was one of the few words I could make out. I was determined to remain standing. If Dena could stay on her feet, I would too. But I was beginning to sway. In the end, we both remained
standing, but everyone around us was on the floor.
When the service was over, we remained with the Fellowship staff and volunteers to thank Dr. Nemeh by recharging his energy with a process. I felt he was a
little embarrassed and really didn’t need any energy. He was energized by the Holy Spirit and had worked non-stop from 12:30 to 9:30 PM.
After the services, Dena, Kathleen Boldt and I returned to my
apartment and talked a long time about what we had seen and experienced.
