3B. Goal Imprinting. A unique programming technique of bi-level mental programming. First Dick speaks each suggestion, then gives you time to repeat it in your mind or out loud. The verbal suggestions are phrased “I.” As and example: “I feel very relaxed and peaceful.” Next, relaxing music is used as a background and subliminal suggestions are embedded in the music. These suggestions are phrased “You.” Example: “You feel very relaxed and peaceful.” Speak aloud or do other things.     PLEASE READ: DVDs are manufactured using a zipped file that unzips in your DVD player or computer. Some older models of DVD players will not unzip these new types of files. If you find you have one of these older players, please try it in your computer before contacting us so we have a better idea of what is wrong and can help you solve this issue.
